Exciting Pre-Launch Insight on Mobile Switch at West Coast Radio!
This past Saturday, our dynamic Gamswitch team, led by Mr. Baboucarr Drammeh, our Chief Technology Officer, along with the Business Development & Marketing Team, had the privilege of being featured on West Coast Radio. Renowned journalist Mr. Peter Gomez hosted the session, where we shared crucial pre-awareness information about the upcoming launch of Mobile Switch in The Gambia.
What is Mobile Switch?
Mobile Switch is set to revolutionize the financial landscape of The Gambia by enabling seamless, secure, and fast mobile transactions across various platforms. This exciting new payment technology will empower Gambians to send and receive money between their mobile money accounts and bank accounts, as well as between mobile wallets and bank accounts. Money can also be sent and received among various mobile money services, offering greater flexibility for all users. Additionally, users will be able to withdraw cash from any ATM using their mobile wallets or mobile money accounts.
Whether it's sending money from a mobile wallet to a bank or vice versa, or cashing out from an ATM using mobile money, the process will be more accessible and easier than ever.
During the show, the team was interviewed extensively, and all questions were answered in English, Wollof, and Mandinka to ensure inclusivity and clarity for our diverse audience.
We are excited to continue being on West Coast Radio every Saturday, where we will unveil more exciting payment technologies and innovations for the benefit of Gambians. Stay tuned as we continue this journey towards a more connected and efficient financial ecosystem!
